The new DTU Web Mobile system was inaugurated on May 20th. It helps users to access detailed information about DTU.

DTU Mobile ( and Enrolment Mobile (, run on various types of mobile devices, from smart phones, phablets to tablets. DTU programmers have designed two websites supported by Windows Phone, IOS, Android and BlackBerry technology. These websites were especially designed for mobile devices and the information and images are sharp and big enough for viewers to read or watch without having to strain their eyes or zoom in.
Mr. Dao Phuc Minh Huy addresses the event

Mr. Dao Phuc Minh Huy, a Microsoft specialist, said: “With two newly-designed websites, and, DTU is the first university in Vietnam to pioneer mobile applications for student use. In the 2014-2015 enrolment seasons, students will directly benefitted by using to learn about DTU. This inauguration demonstrates the great progress in IT educational application at DTU. On May 17th and 18th, DTU, in collaboration with Microsoft, hosted the MOBILE HACKATHON 2014. Pham Van Thu, a senior student, won the first award. We are collaborating with Microsoft to establish The Center for Microsoft Innovation at DTU. Students in the Central Region will be supported with the technology and finances to develop IT products.”

DTU two newly-designed websites

Programmers from the DTU Center for Software Engineering (CSE) are developing more software and mobile applications to support faculty and students. DTU Web Mobile is a strategic, practical project to operate and promote the use of IT in higher education at DTU. It will create better opportunities for faculty and students to connect with each other and improve educational quality also. It will help users to have a broader view of DTU activities before they make their final decisions in study and career planning.
